Note: If setup or delivery access is limited (stairs, no elevator, locked gates, etc.) and not communicated in advance, the setup fee becomes non-refundable. In cases where access is unsafe or delivery is not feasible, we reserve the right to cancel without refund.

CARE & DAMAGES
We take pride in providing beautifully maintained pieces. A refundable damage deposit may be required for certain items. This will be returned within 5–7 business days after your event, pending inspection. Should any items be lost, damaged, or returned in poor condition, replacement or repair fees will apply.

PICKUP POLICY
If our team arrives during your scheduled pickup window and is unable to retrieve the items (due to inaccessibility, delay, or unresponsiveness), a minimum $150 return fee will be added and rescheduling may be limited.
